PranaFlow Sanctuary was established by PT Prana Harmoni Nusantara with a clear vision: to create a genuine sanctuary where Jakarta residents can step off the treadmill of metropolitan urgency and reconnect with the profound intelligence of their own breath.
Located on Jalan Kemang Timur Raya, our studio was built with reclaimed Javanese teakwood floors, passive ventilation shafts, and high-efficiency HEPA filtration systems. Every detail—from our non-toxic Manduka mats to our zero-plastic policy—honors environmental and physical harmony.
